How soon do items ship after the order is placed?
Items usually ship 24-48 hours after receiving the order. If there is a holiday, items will ship the following business day. Once the items have shipped, customer will be notified and provided tracking information.
Items are shipped via US Priority Mail, unless noted. If a different shipping method is requested, the consumer is responsible for additional shipping charges that may accrue.
Can I request a product with a different color?
Yes, you can. Please contact me and specify which color you would like. Products are usually produced and shipped within 1-2 weeks after request. Cost of product may change due to locating the specific color/materials.
